About This Course
A course on how language models and agent systems work, for a room of engineers and non-engineers together. Every module is shared. Code, configuration and maths sit behind an Under the hood toggle rather than in a separate track.
Each module is one idea, with something on the page you can move and a question at the end. Examples come from systems in this knowledge base. Model outputs are written by hand, so no module depends on an API or breaks when a vendor ships a new model.

Still to Come
Modules appear here only once they exist, so nothing on this page links to a module that was planned and never written. The remaining units cover the agent loop and typed exits, controls and trust boundaries, context and memory, evaluation, and a final exercise where the room designs a system and draws it.
